A look at how GSM Group has been making a difference across East Africa over the years.
Completed construction of a 6-classroom primary school in Dodoma, serving over 300 students from surrounding villages. The project included furniture, learning materials, and a library.
Sponsored the annual GSM Cup inter-regional football tournament featuring 16 teams from across Tanzania. Over 5,000 fans attended the final at the National Stadium.
Launched a 3-month mobile health clinic program reaching 12 remote villages in the Mbeya region. Services included free medical checkups, vaccinations, and health education.
Partnered with local communities and environmental organizations to plant 10,000 trees across deforested areas in the Kilimanjaro region as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability.
Funded the drilling and installation of 5 boreholes providing clean, safe drinking water to communities in Arusha. Each borehole serves approximately 500 households.
Launched the GSM Scholars Program providing full university scholarships to 25 top-performing students from underprivileged backgrounds. The program covers tuition, accommodation, and living expenses.
